Convention Registration Directions

1. Please read through the convention checklist, linked below. It will provide you with lots of helpful information. 

2. Please fill out the "Convention Registration Form" linked below. 

3. Please fill out all individual contest entries, keeping tally of the number of entries you are making. 

4. Please fill out the "Convention Fees Form" linked below, filling in the information regarding the number of entries you have made. 

Each folder contains all the forms needed to enter student work in the WHSSPA State Convention Contests. Pay particular attention to the GENERAL INFORMATION link, the CONVENTION FEES FORMS link, and the category you wish to enter.


NEW DEADLINE:All entries should be mailed directly to the judges between the dates of August 27th and September 27th.  They should also be shipped “Priority mail”. This will provide you with a tracking number so you can be sure your entry reaches the judge.  Advisers will be responsible to see that the judge receives the entry. 

Do not send it “book rate” because it mail sits in the post office back room for days. No late entries (postmarked after Sept. 27) will be accepted. The two week window for submission was set by the Board. The reasoning behind this decision was to prevent entries from trickling in to judges all summer as this might result in entries being lost or misplaced
