Whole Publication: Yearbook and Newspaper

Each Advisor should submit their school’s yearbook or newspaper link. Click the button below to submit.

Student Portfolios: Yearbook, Writing, Video, Photography

 Advisors or students may submit individual student portfolios for the contest. Click the button below to submit.

Contest Fees

WSMA Membership: $50 per school

Newspaper: $40 per school

Yearbook: up to 128 pages, $40. Over 128 pages, $50.

Student Portfolios: $12 per portfolio

After registration, fees will be collected via Cheddar Up. The link for paying will be sent to the advisor’s email account. If a traditional purchase order is better, please respond to the invoice email and let us know that. We’re happy to collect via a purchase order in November at convention.
